Accessorise this dress

I bought this dress in the summer and wore it then with bare legs and nude shoes. Loved it.

I'd like to wear it for a work dinner in January but not sure how to accessorise for winter. I don't do heels and my legs look very pale at the moment.

I would wear sheer black tights and black knee high boots with a black shawl/pashmina.

Black tights,black heels and black bracelet and earrings. Lovely dress and would be great for the party in Jan.
