I have rubbishy fine hair, made worse by hair loss in pg, have huuuge forehead as well so NEED a fringe otherwise look bald if hair tied back.. So I cannot get my fringe to sit well at all, any tips?

My hair thick wavy and frizzy but when i had a fring i use to dry my hair forward, like a curtain over my face. Then when dry, run your fingers from top to back to pull longer hair out of the fringe.

I also got some of that brazilian straightening keratin stuff to take frizz out of it. Hard work a fringe!

It's about the way it's cut I think, I have fine straight hair too. If it's blunt cut then you may need to use tongs/ straighteners or rollers to make it sit nicely. Then it might still collapse as the day goes on.

Will try both thanks! I will one day have good(ish) hair!

I have fine, very straight hair and people think it's odd that I have straighteners - this is what they're for. Fringe taming.

Sali Hughes has a good video about how to blow dry a fringe if you google it. Changed how mine looks!

Tiny tiny mist of hairspray on a hairbrush when it's gone flat halfway through the day. Brush it through ONCE.

I second the sali Hughes video. I only discovered it yesterday and tried it today with a round brush and it's the best my fringe has looked doing it myself.

i have hair like yours- but i now know how to get my fringe to sit right-
bit of volumising mousse or whatever product you use-
then blow dry by aiming dryer towards centre of fringe from above, and brushing fringe quickly side to side.

oh...just like in the above video.....
