Why do they make dresses with no zips?

I’m looking at you White Stuff! I’ve got stuck in a fitting room many a time in a dress that I can’t get off again over my head.

My mum got me a nice Monsoon dress for New Year’s Eve as I’m going out with DP. She didn’t realise it doesn’t have a full zip so I had to get her to pull it off over my head! Argh!

They save money by not putting a zip!

Got stuck in a dress in a fitting room more times than I want to count. Never sure whether to keep trying to pull it off over my head or give up and call for help. Any advice?
