Duo boots measuring help

Anyone who’s ordered boots from Duo, when you measured your calves did you measure them bare or while wearing the jeans/trousers you were planning to wear them over IYSWIM?

I’m planning on ordering the Siren boots to wear over skinny jeans and so want them to fit!

I'd do it over the jeans but pull it tight. They all have a little elastic near the zip for wiggle room.

I got measured in their shop the other day and they did over jeans, pulled tight. I was between sizes, one below was too tight, above just perfect :)

I measured bare and they were too tight, sent back for the size up and they’re perfect. I’d measure bare and go one size up.

Thanks everyone, I’ve ordered them in the bigger size. Can’t wait for them to arrive, I’ve been coveting them for ages, got them in the black as I thought they’d go with more things.
