Trying to find a bag

Been given a spec for a new bag (Christmas present) and so far I'm stuck!

Must be/have:
Leather
Black
Long strap & grab handles
Separate pockets (either inside or out) for easy access to purse, phone etc
No too big (so no shopper styles)

Anyone seen anything that might fit the bill?

Look at Zara and Mango for lovely quality, inexpensive bags!

What's your budget? Kate Spade have a lovely black one.
