Disappointing HDs. Is it ok to go back to salon?

office colleague has just had HD brows for the first time. She is upset to the point of tears about them. They are too dark, too heavy, not arched enough and the bottom line of the brow is jagged not smooth. We are urging her to go back to the salon and ask for a reshape and tidy up but she thinks that it is too late and that they will say no and then bitch about her.

Do any beauty professionals out there have a view on this? Shenpaid a lot of money and it is a shame to see her so disappointed.

She probably should have said at the time. Chalk it up to experience and go somewhere else

From my understanding HD brows includes tinting and using makeup as part of the steps so in a day or two they will have faded.

It's also a bit of a commitment as a treatment as it's supposed to be working towards your perfect shape with regular appointments rather than an instant fix if that makes sense. That's what I've understood from therapist friends who offer the service. This might explain why the shape isn't perfect first time but she should definitely go back but be prepared to pay for a correction (if expect to be charged a brow wax price)
