What can I wear with this?

I bought this jacket the other day (had my eye on it for a while and it was reduced so just grabbed it ) but now I really don’t now what to wear with it. I really wanted to wear it over a dress/tunic but not sure what colour. Any ideas please? Don’t really want to return it.

That is a very nice jacket! I'd say it's a bit more of a trousers & top/jumpsuit type but, for dresses, definitely a pencil-skirted one would be best as it's not cropped. Maybe something like one of the below?

From the picture I think aubergine, burgundy or claret would work well.

That’s a gorgeous dress, MoonlightandMusic thank you. I tried it on with a pair of jeans and a baby pink top with a pair of brown knee length boots and it looks so nice but for the place I want to wear it to I’ll have to wear a dress or tunic so this is perfect. Thank you 😊
