Which outfit for the xmas party?

So i have 2 choices. One (the dress) i have worn once on a hen night with work colleages and the other a skirt and blouse.
Although the blouse is about 3 years old! But hardly ever worn! It has sparkles on the sleeves.
I would have to wear the dress with a jacket as its sleeveless and i hate being cold!

Definitely the last one. When I asked 'work do' in my first reply it was because both outfits seemed on the staid side. Last one definitely younger, more partyish and accentuates your shape really well.
