Hair growth products

Can anyone recommend a good product for encouraging hair to grow faster?

Anyone?

I hear that taking biotin vitamin supplements are meant to help.

Or just a protein rich diet?

Mines fairly protein rich. Hair just seems to takes ages to grow!

There is nothing that will make the hair growth faster - products like that are a fad.
The best thing you can do is take care of the hair you have and extend its "life" by reducing heat styling and thinking about the products you use.

I have found the Lee Stafford hair growth range good. The product I use regularly is the bright pink round pot of hair mask/deep conditioner but there are several products in the range with lots of detailed reviews on Superdrug/Boots online.

I don't think anything really works to be honest. I'm in the process of growing out a pixie cut. I almost cracked in month 3, but am now into month 4 and it's slowly (very slowly but anyway) getting better. Just keep plowing through. I was going to chop it again last month, but my friend talked me out of it. I'm glad she did now.

I’ve been using the “roots” shampoo from Superdrug for the last couple of months and the results have been amazing. I’ve got loads and loads of new growth it looks thicker and healthier and my hair hardly sheds at all

Also make sure you’re eating enough esp protein and fruits and veg etc as a shit diet is terrible for your hair x

Horse what is the name of the roots shampoo? Mine is shocking at the moment.

I agree with PP who said look after the lengths - I thought my hair wasn't growing until I realised that it was growing, the ends were just breaking off so it wasn't getting any longer.
Since I've been taking better care of the ends, it's been getting longer

Nothing else , however much French is on the bottle, will affect how hair follicles work. Nor will supplements. All lies.

My ends get trimmed every 6 weeks and I look aftery hair, deep condition etc once a week minimum. Also use argon oil as a serum to smooth.

On their actual site there is an offer - think you get the spray too?
I’ve been using it, l agree with Horse it is good. Experience though...

clinical proof for treatment of hair loss exists for regaine, and there's also a tablet you can take.
