I’m looking for a proper cold weather jacket and have fallen in love with the Fjällräven brand but don’t know how true to size their sizing is and nowhere near me sells them for me to try on first. Too many times I’ve been caught out with claims an xl is a size 18 when it’s much nearer a 14. Their sizing chart claims an xl is a size 20 and the style I like goes up to xxl but none of their size charts say what UK size this is or if size 18/20 (their xl) really means 18-20 chubster or just a very tall skinny woman.
It’s a lot of money to spend without trying it on and despite having a reasonable returns they charge £9 to do so.
