Like Fly boots, but waterproof?

I love my boots by Fly London as they are wide enough for my big feet, but they are not waterproof and I suddenly find myself doing more walking in a rainy city! Does anyone know of anything similar in width (mine are almost knee high and just slightly biker in style), but waterproof? I know Ugg do some waterproof boots, but their "normal" type footwear is a bit narrow for me.

Thank you!

Hotter Mystery boots?

i really like Sorel boots. They have some really nice ones at the moment.

Ooh, we have a hotter but I thought it was for old ladies (ahem am nearly 50!!). Not heard of Sorel- will have a look , but really need to go to a shop due to aforementioned spade like feet!

Some of the Hotter styles are suitable for any age, but yes there are old lady shoes in there too.

The long Bryony boots are a basic long boot, but the wide version will go over big calves.

Have a look on [[https://www.rubyshoesdayhebdenbridge.co.uk/]],

That looks like the kind of shop I need Seal- I could order online but it is so hit and miss for size (got gorgeous boots from Joules via one of the black Friday deals here, hut just too narrow).

Calves are usually okay in boots Don't, so I will have a look- it's only my feet that are wide! Thank you both!

am hoping to waterproof my Fly salvs with spray.....

MorrisZapp · 11/12/2017 22:37

My fly boots actually managed to soak up moisture off a damp pavement through the soles.

Tanaqui · 12/12/2017 22:44

Morris, that does not sound good! I think the water gets in the stitching, but they are so comfy I forgive them!

Are DMs waterproof, or does the stitching let the water in there too?
