Can anyone advise if East clothes run true to size?

I’m a 12-14 depending on the shop and cut. I’m looking at a wool jumper from East and don’t know if I can get away with the medium. I’m tall and busty but slim hipped if that helps!

I would say yes, they are generous, but haven't had anything for a few years as ours closed down. :(

I bought jeans in my usual size, they were massive! Not sure about tops though.
