What would you buy for a early 50s working mother who they felt everyone else looked groomed while they felt scruffy?

For dsis. She likes quite high end stuff. Is there one thing I could buy her for Christmas to give her a boost? I imagine a beauty product but open to suggestions. She's kind of space nk kind of girl.

Hourglasses powders? Ooh never heard of them. What are they? Yes, vouchers is the obvious thing, isn't it, but I didn't think of it!
