Need to find earrings like this (pic included)

I'm looking to replace these earrings for my mum for Xmas as she lost one.

They need to be silver and this shape, size etc but don't have to be exact with stones etc.

I'm struggling, please excuse my nails had just removed my shellac and cut them down
