Eyeliner for tightlining that doesn’t smudge?

Can anyone recommend a decent eyeliner for tightlining eyes that doesn’t smudge/ transfer to lower lids?

I swear by this Japanese gel eyeliner.

Alternatively, when I have more time, I use Bobbi Brown's gel liner in the pot. My DD says the Maybelline one is equally good and far cheaper...

I've tried some Kiko ones but they're a bit hit and miss for me.

What does tightlining mean please? Never heard of it

Maybelline gel liner is far superior to Bobbi Brown one. IMO. Cheaper too.
