Sooo excited, in TK Maxx today and stumbled across a Reiss Phoebe jacket for £34 ... it fits me perfectly! Can't believe my luck! Just wanted to share with people who would understand! Grin

I got carvella boots last week for £49 that were on the actual shelves of House of Fraser for £180 Grin

Good news! I've just googled and it looks like TK Maxx has apologised and removed the cream from sale. Agree Tinsel it does look appalling.

Ah that's good to hear.
PETA is pretty grim viewing but gives the opportunity to sign petitions that can be vital in making the relevant people take notice of what should be obliterated from the modern world.

I'm so jealous OP. The TK maxx in my university town was great, but since coming back to my home town I'm stuck with a really shitty one.

A bit unrelated but feel the need to share that I was happily browsing in tk maxx this morning when somebody said 'excuse me are they yours?'. Turns out I had half well two items of the lingerie dept attached by coat hangers to the back of my knitted jumper. Worse still despite the kind shopper helping we couldn't get the second one detached and I had to go to the till for assistance where they ended up having to snap the hanger to free me of my lacy addition! Blush
Love your jacket OP, absolute bargain!

I got my jacket in the Portsmouth Ocean Retail Park one. It's quite a new store and I like it!

Thinking about it I've been super lucky twice this year - I got a pair of Moschino aviators for £7 (!!) in the Waterlooville branch at the end of the summer. Not sure if they really suit me but I've been wearing them with pride anyway!

Afraid I don't know any up your way - I'm v south. Agree that some definitely seem better than others. Used to work close to a couple in London and they always had lovely stuff especially bags but too £££ for me even at TK Maxx prices.

I am always super jealous of other people's bargains Shizzle... I get more excited about the saving than the item though a lot of the time. I wouldn't pay £10 for something I need full price but if something's marked it up at £15 and said it was reduced from £50 I'd bite your arm off

I'm in the US and my local one still seems like $$$ for bags ... except the one time I found a Dooney & Bourke bag for only $35 instead of $hundreds!!

Still love the bag, years later.

I got some great boots in mine, I think they kept reducing them, because they weren't selling, but they weren't selling because the size was wrong. I paid £15 for boots that should have been £150

Yesterday bought a Ralph Lauren cashmere cable v neck Jumper for £30
