Hi,
I've heard alot about retinol and as I had pigmentation and scars I thought I'd give it a try.

Which one is good? My skin is sensitive.

2% is very high, especially for a first time. I would go for 0.25% Retin A cream to start.

I've been using on and off for a couple of years and use 1% every two days

I use the retinoid from the Ordinary. Tried the lower % Retinol from them & I was far too sensitive for it. My skin felt like I had severe sunburn & peeled like a bitch. I Got good results with the retinoid minus the side effects if that's any help.

Has it made any difference?

I think so! I don't really have wrinkles around my eyes as much and the skin round my nose and mouth feels a lot plumper.

The Ordinary 2% Retinoid is kinder to your skin than their 1% retinol (which is stronger even though it is less %) so its a good place to start.
