Why is it so AWFUL? Navigating around it is a nightmare and worst of all there's no way of sorting or filtering searches.
WHY??

Oh my god it's SHITE. I thought it was just me. Can't search properly. Can't filter search results easily. Photography of products is hideous.

The one thing I will say in their defence is that the e ticket receipt system is very handy for returns which are inevitable because their sizing is all over the place

I hate the way you can't filter at all, drives me bananas

How can you have a shopping website without a filter function ffs?!

And it wipes your shopping basket, no wavif saving your favourite items.
The lack of a filter, of sort option, drives me insane.

Love love the way they package the clothes so nicely though.

Oh yes in a lovely box! And if you spend over £50 it comes the NEXT day. That is good.
