I ordered something over the Black Friday weekend, received an email on 26 November to say it had been despatched. Since then, nothing, and the tracking link isn’t working.
I know they have a note on the website saying things might take up to 7 working days but i’ve Passed that now. Emailed them Monday and nothing other than an auto-reply.
I usually find them very quick for delivery so this isn’t typical
