Help find me a dress for a black tie do!

I’ve got a black tie do to go to next week. I have several posh frocks from years back and assumed I’d wear one of those. Just tried them on and they’re all too tight I can squeeze into them but they don’t look great, I have to say.
So if I can find one in time for next week, I’d rather get a new one.
I’m tall, early 40s, need a size 18 (or a looser-fitting 16!). Big boobs so nothing strapless as I can’t deal with having to find a strapless bra in time as well. Most of my weight is around my middle.
Deep or bright colours look best on me, nothing blush/nude/pale.
Budget up to £200 or so. Heeeeelp!

Try Bagley Miskcha on the Outnet . I got an amazing dress from them .Very elegant come up big and lots have sleeves .

There are some lovely ones there, but a bit out of my price range.

I’m not a huge fan of the dipped hemline thing. Beautiful colour though! Couldn’t see anything on banana republic that was black tie enough - not in my size anyway.
