The Ordinary skincare - which products for mid-70s?

I would like to buy my mum a starter kit of The Ordinary products for Christmas. She is mid-70s with a bit of rosacea/slightly sensitive skin. A simpler routine probably better if possible. I can spend up to £50. What would people recommend?
