Anyone know about HoC & hair colours?

I'm a 'deep summer' & find it really works for me, whenever I'm wearing my 'best' colours, people are always telling me how well I look.

However, I did not listen when my consultant was talking about hair colouring as it wasn't something I did. I now have enough grey to have made an appointment to have some high/low lights put in & I would like to know what shades HoC would recommend for me. I vaguely think the consultant said go for the cool end of the scale but my hairdresser suggested warmer tones. Googling has suggested warmer tones too.

Any ideas please? I don't want to make an expensive mistake & I do want those 'you look well' remarks!

Definitely cool toned colours if you are a summer

Hairdressers and beauty counters always want to "warm me up". I'm a winter!

My HoC consultant gave me a sheet with hair colours to talk to my hairdresser about as I was covering greys and going too much of a golden blonde (at my hairdresser's suggestion) and needed more ash blonde. You could always email your consultant and ask - they never mind follow up questions.

Pinterest is useful -not HoC but useful

Thanks, I thought so.

My consultant has left HoC so I can't email her. She did provide the codes of local consultants so we can get the discounts but not contact details & I don't think they would really be obliged to help.

I'm mid brown haired with hazel eyes. Hairdresser is suggesting 3 tones including caramel and said the cooler tones would be 'flat'. As a total novice to hair colouring I'm really lacking confidence in what to ask for.

Hairdressers often say warmer
Colours are better. I always think it’s because cooler tones seem much harder to achieve. Def ashy tones if you are a summer though
