Low Ankle boot with a block/mid heel for work dresses?

I have to look smart at work and prefer a dress to just on my knee.
I'm not sure what ankle boots to look at that won't foreshorten my legs and will add an inch or so to my height?

Are these too clumpy

I too am a short arse and love these Clark's ankle boots. Incredibly comfortable and low enough for my short legs

I have these, they are amazingly comfy.

I've got these - the combination of suede and wedge heel makes them feel a bit smarter imo. And they are super comfy too.

I've got these ones from Clarks. www.clarks.co.uk/c/Kelda-Nights/p/26126726 They look high but platform makes them really comfortable. I'm always a 5 in both M&S and Clarks - think the sizing is usually quite similar.

Sizing is fairly similar to m&s I think. I find most ankle boots come up too high on my ankle so with short legs a shoe boot style is better for me.

Sorry, i think an ankle boot with a dress always looks clumpy. I wear lowish heels with dresses (can't do high heels) and ankle boots with trousers. But each to their own

jigsaw has a nice pair i am debating.
