Non-flaky, stay-on mascara

I need some new mascara. I want something that will survive allergy related eye watering, and prefer lengthening to volume.

Hi OP, the only mascaras I can wear are the Clinique ones as other brands make my eyes itch, plus I wear contact lenses. I use the High Impact and Chubby Lash mascaras and find they are pretty long lasting.
