Waterproof boots nwo winter is here!

I'm trying to find boots that ARE waterproof without having to take a mortgage out. Any suggestions Mumsnetters? TIA

Shires country boots. About £100, but well worth the money.

Ugg noira are warm and waterproof . I wore mine to death a few years ago !

Thanks - I'm a city girl so neither the Timberland nor the Shires country boots quite fit the bill. Will check out Ugg.

Bought a pair of Ugg Breidas over the weekend and they are LUSH. Super warm and apparently waterproof. On sale in schuh.

I have Ugg Wilcox from Office and so far they are fantastic though I still hanker after the Ugg Noira boots I wore to death over 3 yrs.

Ugg Breida look fab but on Schuh website they are £250 - you obv got a bargain OurAveline
