Men's lounge pants - super thin & soft - any recommendations?

Can anyone recommend any men's lounge pants? Must be super soft & thin jersey style
FIL is currently wearing MIL's ones from Charlotte & Co but she wants them back (and yes I need brain bleach for the mental image)

Debenhams, next & Primark are where DH has got them. The Debenhams ones are the Maine brand I think, they feel pretty soft. Next are a bit thicker, more tracksuit type material. Penny’s are thin but not as soft.
