This is a serious question from someone who is rubbish at using make-up.
Normally I would wear light cover of foundation or CC cream - applied by fingers & a touch of cream blush & lipstick/gloss & take about 3 mins all told.
I only tend to use eyemake up if going out/Christmas & only if I have time. I am trying to get better & have some B Brown eyeliner (was a gift) - do I do the eyeliner after foundation but before eye shadow or after foundation or eyeshadow ?
