Decathlon Waterproof Jacket Sizing - quick help please!

I'm looking to order one of these, but they only have a size 12/42 left. I'm 5ft 7" with quite broad shoulders and a 34E bust. Does anyone know if they think it would fit/what the sizing is like please? I away between a 12/14 on top, and lately when I've tried a 14 on they've been too big.

I just bought an outdoor cycling jacket from decathlon. I’m a size 12 heading to a 10. I bought medium. Well, I couldn’t get the zip to meet by a factor of about 8 inches!! I bought large and it was fine. Size up!!

I've got that coat in a 42.

Using a steel tape (sorry, it's all I've got to hand!), with the coat lay done up and flat on the floor, edge to edge at the very top of the shoulders it's about 19" or 48cm wide. Across the boobs area, where the arm pit seam meets the coat it's about 21.5" or 55cm.

Unfortunately, I'm on my own at home and only have the steel builders tape here, so I can't give you my accurate measurements, but
I'm about 5'10" and have a 32F bust and generally buy clothes in a 12 / 14. This morning I wore it with a cashmere jumper, thin fleece and a Uniqlo ultra light down body warmer on and the coat isn't skin tight, there is still about an inch of space in front of my boobs, but overall it isn't baggy / big on me. The most recent top I've bought was a linen shirt and a merino jumper both from Uniqlo and they are both in medium.

Thank you so much for doing that for me! Sadly dh just measured across the back of my shoulders (whilst I'm in my fleecy dressing gown...so similar to a jumper) and I'm 20"

They only have a 42 left in stock so I don't think I'll chance it in case it's too small. Will just have to find time to drive to Oxford soon I think, so I can try before I buy. I've been looking for a long waterproof jacket for ages now and keep coming back to this one!
