Hair curler recommendation

If you had long thick hair that is naturally wavy what hair curler would you recommend for nice soft curls?
I prefer one that has a clamp rather than just holding the hair around the barrel.

If you have the money, the best ones I've tried are by T3. The Babyliss Tourmaline ones are decent but the curl won't hold that long whereas the T3 holds for days with me but a good heat protectant (I use L'oreal Professional Tecni Art Constructor) can hold the style longer with the Babyliss.

Thank you, I'll certainly take a look at the T3, I've been using the big hair but it's killing my hair.
