Shoe queens - killer pair for navy dress?

Dress in pictures. I need some great shoes for it, for a Christmas party.

1. Happy with anything bold/patterned/whatever. Not keen on silver or gold, but bronze/neutral metallics fine.
2. Heel height can be reasonably high but not towering.
3. Closed toe preferable.
4. Budget maybe £100 for something versatile that will be reused, less for throwaway party shoes.
5. The blue is sufficiently light that black is contrasted OK.

These are cheap but fit the retro style of the dress

A little over budget but with that dress I'd put these shoes from Ted Baker.

I am a 5 in regular shoes, 5.5 if they are particularly pointy.
