Vegan friendly beauty and skin care

One thing I have really missed since becoming vegan two years ago is being able to try loads of beauty products. I find the odd item at TK Maxx but would love to hear more from any of you who have found products that are vegan friendly as my life seems to consist of super drug own brand, lush, sukin and bodyshop and I want to try new things!

I bought some sukin products on my last trip home so I'm pleased to see that Boots is now stocking them, but they don't have that luxe feel that I'm missing.

Recommendations welcome! Please note you don't have to be vegan to contribute, I'm just after vegan friendly recommendations 😀

Take a look at The Ordinary - most of their products are vegan friendly.

I would imagine Akamuti is vegan friendly and their cleansing balm is amazing

I highly recommend mend Tropic skincare - discovered them about a year ago & have used nothing else since! Absolutely love everything in their range.

Lily lolo have a lot of vegan friendly stuff, the shades of blusher that weren't vegan were clearly labelled

And MooGoo - I love their shampoo and conditioner. Again not everything is vegan but it's pretty well labelled I think.

Wow thanks all, keep them coming!

Excited to hear about The Ordinary. Will check then out.

Definately cruelty free, luxury and pretty sure vegan are:
Natural spa factory
Decleor
Kat Von D
Also loads of stuff in Holland and Barrett like Dr Organic
And Barry M make-up

TortiousTortoise · 26/11/2017 09:09

Forgot Kat Von D, thanks! I have loads of Barry M.

illamasqua makeup too I believe

"I highly recommend mend Tropic skincare"

So do I. The Bodyshop have gone back to their cruelty free roots now that they have been sold. Not everything is vegan, but many are. 80% of Lush products are vegan. Superdrug sells a range of vegan products. Holland and Barrett are worth checking out as well.

Thanks all!
