I always get myself xmas presents. Wouldn't be fair if Santa visited my DD and not me now, would it?! Keeps the magic going for her too. Not decided on what I'd like this year though - off for a browse round the shops tomorrow!

Yes, I always treat myself to something frivolous. It helps that I usually get some sort of work Christmas bonus which generally covers it. This year I have some cashmere wrist warmers from white company and a m&s advent calendar.

Me. I make sure I get what I want in the way of things like books and other bits and pieces. Sometimes I do give exact instructions but never trust folk to get it right. And DH's surprise present to me is usually a disaster. And then he gets offended when I don't appreciate it. Like a book I read years ago and have two copies of already.

If I want something I'll buy it, I never have to justify it to myself, if you want it and can afford it, then get it. We all deserve treats from time to time.

Last week on BF I only bought for DC's and a few presents I wouldn't have usually thought of if they hadn't popped up on the sale. If there was something I wanted I would have got it.

I always buy my own presents. Ive bought a couple of jumpers so far. That's it.
