Fluffy hair - what do you use?

I have long, fairly thick hair but it’s “fluffy”. It always has been. It’s coloured but I rarely straighten it etc. Does anything make it more glossy?
(I recently had to nitty gritty it so it’s worse than ever 🙈) please help x
