Any nice black smart jeans high waist and boot cut

I am looking for something a bit smarter than jeans (or smart jeans) in nice dark black with boot cut leg and high waist or sit at waist.

I need the hold me in value of jeans but would like something that doesn't look like jeans and is a bit smarter.

Am I asking the impossible?

I wear the black Levis 315 bootcut, and they are very comfortable. I wear them in place of smart trousers and get away with it. The black stitching helps keep them not obviously "jeans"

If you check out the website, I think they are reduced at the moment - still dear enough though!
