I just wanted to warn you about my experience with Shoeaholics: I ordered 5 pairs of lovely shoes and boots with the intention of keeping one. Items were delivered, 4 pairs returned promptly and company emailed to say that a refund will be issues in 10-14 days (which is unusually long). One month on (!) and no refund, company says that they have issued a refund (they didn’t), and my bank (Barclays) has started a legal process to recoup the money owed. This can take 6-12 weeks! Its a lot of money for me (£300) and frankly I could do with it especially this time of the year.
I have been an enthusiastic online shopper for over 10 years and this is my first sour experience.
If you have placed an order with Shoeaholics, I hope all goes well. If you are considering shopping frok them, be careful.
