What is the answer to this? Winter boot

I have an issue with winter boots every year.
I have very cold feet
I want an ankle boot that is lower than a biker really as my ankle is the slimmest part of my slightly chunky legs and if i cover ankles up with biker boots, my legs look too chunky and straight up and down.
I want to wear them mostly with skinny jeans or leather leggings and sometimes skirts.
I want them to be leather and very warm.
I have wide feet so they can’t be a narrow style.
I look much much better in heels but can’t find any chunky boots with suitable practical heels so I am willing to look at flat boots, although not with a huge amount of enthusiasm!
I look much better in items with embellishment or points of interest like studs or straps, can’t do plain chunky boots without looking like a workman as my look is quite feminine (hoc style day “rules” which really work well for me)
I know this all sounds a bit silly but I’ve bought plain leather chunky boots before and hated them all winter, they just make me feel awful so I’m not prepared to waste more money on them. I have snow boots for bad weather but want something now for School runs etc. . Thanks very much as I know this is a big ask.

I agree with Mulberry - you actually want two different kinds of boots.

One pair of outdoor grippy winter boots and one pair of heeled narrow-on-the-ankle boots.

You won't find one boot that does all that.

Pp may be right that one pair of boots like this does not exist. I had that fear but thought that if they did exist then style and beauty would know. Thank you for all your suggestions

But your brief in your OP was chunky heeled boots? Can you give us links to the kind of boots you do like?

these?

Plenty of suitable chunky yet feminine, low ankle boots, with or without heels but definitely with grippy soles, all for under £180 in Pikolinos Ankle Boots section

Buy some Joules Langham boots.

Take them to a shoe repairer and get them to add some non-slip soles.

Wear with cashmere or merino socks.

I suppose what I wanted is something like this but black real leather with a warm lining and suitable for my wide feet! All I can finding like this are suede, or faux leather and cheap looking, or slippy thin soles instead of sturdier soles, too narrow for my feet etc.

These look like they might suit - but not all sizes available, from this link anyway

I'm on my second pair of these and I love them.

They go with jeans, skirts and dresses, are wide-fitting and really comfortable.

How about some boots/shoes that are made for proper bikers? They are designed to be water proof and extra warm. Look for Furygan,Oxford, Sidi, many of them do low ankle boots or boots with extra room because leathers need to be tucked in. I have Furygan ones and they are the warmest boots I have ever worn!

I bought these www.next.co.uk/g77182s6#181870 at the weekend and they are pretty flattering and comfortable too.

These are warm (fur lined) - depends how skinny your skinny jeans are as to whether they fit with them.

Have another look at the sorel addington Chelsea boot. It doesn't look that dissimilar to the boot in your picture.
