Shoes for bunions

Went for a hospital appointment this week and after long chat with lovely orthopaedic surgeon have decided not to go for surgery yet and just manage with bunion-friendly shoes. Any recommendations? Surgeon recommended www.vionicshoes.co.uk but looking at the website they seem to be more geared towards flat feet than bunions. Also v. expensive. Looking for non-frumpy shoes I can wear to work, but will also need to think about other styles. Any advice gratefully received.

Im a sufferer myself and recently was recommended calla shoes by my podiatrist. They’re a little pricey but I bought a pair because they actually look nice unlike some bunion shoes - they’re so comfy I think I might buy a second pair

My friend (who also wears Vionics) has bought a few pairs from Sole Bliss, she came across them after seeing Helen Mirren wearing some stiletto boots of theirs. They are made specifically for feet with bunions.
