Bit mean for new customers only. I've been buying Boden since my (secondary age) kids were toddlers. Must have spent thousands over the years. Leaves a bad taste tbh when you put in the title "20% off Boden plus a free gift for mumsnetters" and then the op says yeah but only new customers. Clickbaity and loyalty not valued! Plus one of the most recent items I ordered was some girls jeans where the indigo dye ran terribly and also the dye or fixative still stank after 5 washes, which is when they got binned. So enjoy the new customers whilst I flounce.

The MN code is only for new customers. When I input it the message on the site said it was only for new customers and I didn't receive the pencil case. I've had beachbags in the past as new customer Boden gifts.
