Sizing and quality are hit and miss. I wouldn't be totally put off ordering, as some stuff is nice and it's so cheap, but I would never order from there for an occasion I didn't have time to get something else for, iyswim.

Quality is definitely hit and miss but I have got some nice things from there.

Delivery is horrendous - I've twice ordered a dress a week before an event and it hasn't arrived in time... they use MyHermes which is terrible.

I haven't myself, but a work colleague orders from them. She seems very pleased and only a few days ago was wearing a black top with a pretty scalloped neck which she told me was one of theirs.
She's 18 if that makes any difference.

Found delivery to be v good order a lot and sizing is accurate

I didn't have a good experience. Quality was poor. PJs contained items in two different sizes, complaints was a joke.

Quality and sizing is poor but always found delivery and returns to be good.

Quality wise it's a bit better than primark but worse than newlook

I have, and my experience has always been fine. I have only ever ordered cheapy throw on dresses for holidays though, nothing smart or evening wear, so I don't really mind if the quality is a bit hit or miss.

Not the best quality or material but ok for the price,I only ever really order if on sale or free delivery code. I did order on Friday with a glitch code, got a cancellation email but received my top Monday morning anyway. I'm a size 10-12 and found 12 runs on the larger side but 10 on the smaller-esp on bust. But for something like a onesie which doesn't need to be a perfect fit I'd say go for it

My friend did and has warned us all not to bother.

She ordered 26 items, received about 6 only... all packaged separately and in separate deliveries. She is still fighting for a refund on those not received.

I love Boohoo - really thick lycra basics, lovely cowl drape tops and dresses, gorgeous wrap coats that pool 5 x the price. I am very small though 6-8 and 5ft 3 and it suits me perfectly as there isn't Vanity sizing. I'm finding I always need to buy from cheap clothing websites these days as Vanity sizing on the mid to high price point brands mean the smallest size swamps me - I'm 45 so definitely don't write Boohoo off. Yes there are a lot of clingy slinky dresses but there are an awful lot of gems too. Never had a problem with delivery or returns ever.

My daughter uses it as her goto site for everything. It's cheap and cheerful. Some is really good quality for the price and some is rubbish so you just send that back. We have never had any probs with delivery or returns.

Used them once, not particularly fast delivery.
Returns were shocking though, took weeks and weeks to receive my refund. Would never use them again

DD orders stuff from Boohoo far too much. We've never had any issues with delivery or returns.

It's ok, but so far all the dresses that I have had have been see through. I have a long black dress that looked great until I tried it on in daylight, I'm never quite sure what to wear underneath.

I prefer Missguided over Boohoo. The quality at Boohoo is abit meh. But its cheap enough, and they always have discount codes!

Anyone else who orders from there got a view on sizing? Do you reckon their stuff always comes up small? (I'm generally a 6-8, but often a 10 on teenage-sized sites)

No, I'm a 6 and I've had stuff from there before that would literally go round me three times. I suppose that's the monkeys I've heard you get if you pay peanuts

Ive had some slightly crap stuff from there but overall really nice. Got a lovely corduroy pinafore recently
