Help - trying to decide on coat size!!

I am rather petite so ordered a uniqlo down coat in Xs and Xxs. I have now tried them both on. The smaller one fits me but feels quite snug when tried on over a thick jumper.

What do you think? Should I keep the bigger size?

Keep the one that feels the most comfortable

Get the one you can put a jumper under!

You can judge by the sleeves. Get the one where the top shoulder seams sit at the end of your shoulders, not past them or too close to your collarbones.
