I really like both and wondering if they smell the same?

They don't have the same base notes apart from jasmine?

No but I love both of them!

They don't smell the same to me. I used to love La Vie est Belle but find it far too cloying on me now. I still like Alien!

Have you tried Flowerbomb?

Nothing like each other! I prefer the Lancôme one, it seems everyone is wearing alien these days and I think it’s quite an acquired taste.
