I must get 100 parcels a year delivered no problem from various companies.
Debenhams is the exception. Found a nice coat there, it's on offer. Ordered 2 as I'm unsure of size.
The bigger size turned up and is too big. No problem, can return it. But the delivery note is a random delivery note for another person/coat/order. Spend ten mins trying to ring them up, no answer and I give up.
Then panic today that maybe they think I've received both coats. Ring them up again, ten min wait but finally get through. No the coats were sent separately so that's ok. But the second coat is lost. And now out of stock!
So they've refunded me one and suggested I send the other one back with a print out of my order email for a refund. I think that's not worth the risk and will have to go into town to take it back to a physical shop.
Just annoyed I have no coat as it was nice!
