I want the beauty calendar so ‘need’ to spend another £35 there. I’ve been traveling the website and not feeling inspired.

(Don’t you dare suggest the pink dress!)

They have some really nice boots at the moment which are not too expensive. I saw some gorgeous navy ones.

YoullNeverWeeAlone · 09/11/2017 21:13

Agree shoes and boots are often good.

I bought several dull work tops - polo necks in 3 colours.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 09/11/2017 21:14

I have 20% off bras, jumpers, and nightwear on my Sparks card. Don't know if both offers can be used together, don't see why not.

MsJaneAusten · 09/11/2017 21:16

Ooh, I didn’t think of shoes. I’ll take a look...

underwear and FOOD. like, a packet of watermelon fingers and and a chocolate milkshake bang done beauty calendar is yours.

MsJaneAusten · 09/11/2017 21:24

*Towels!

Does food count? I think it has to be home/beauty/fashion...

I bought the Sleep Cream which excellent and the Rose Gold perfume, which has had great reviews. The boots do look nice as well.

YouWereRight · 09/11/2017 21:26

They had some lovely blouses in, but they were polyester if that bothers you.

I bought MIL some slippers, pants and tights, pretty boring really.

Every year people talk of returning their purchases and keeping the advent calendar, but I've not done it myself.

Ktown · 09/11/2017 21:28

Ankle boots
Jeans
Cashmere

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 09/11/2017 21:28

Food doesn't count, sadly.

AnneLovesGilbert · 09/11/2017 21:30

Last year I got some nice stocking fillers and smellies and candles as gifts in the 3 for 2. Easily adds up!

LulusMiniEgg · 09/11/2017 21:30

So annoying, I spent a bloody fortune on post bf underwear a week ago before this advent calendar came out. Grrr.....

ILikeyourHairyHands · 09/11/2017 21:32

REN skincare.

Children's underwear.

I think homeware counts.

DS is going on a residential with school so I got him some joggers, thermals and some long sleeved t-shirts that I was going to buy anyway.

SolemnlyFarts · 09/11/2017 21:35

I got tights and a cup... and a hidden support vest which I hope is good finally getting rid of the saggy breastfeeding vests if this works out

Whatthefoxgoingon · 09/11/2017 21:36

Massive REN Moroccan rose body wash and a pair of pants. Done!

Cakescakescakes · 09/11/2017 21:37

School uniform in the next size up! Would need to buy it eventually anyway b

Sentimentallentil · 09/11/2017 21:40

I got some candles for gifts and some Christmas cards.

MinnieMinchkin · 09/11/2017 21:44

The lovely long leather gloves in black or berry.

MsJaneAusten · 09/11/2017 21:48

Actually yes, last year I bought a dressing gown and returned it. Plan!

OP posts:
MsJaneAusten · 09/11/2017 21:48

Can I buy it online and return to store?

I bought a green autograph top for work, a cashmere star jumper and a pair of ankle boots today. I admit I spent quite a lot more than £35. A bit carried away. Whats the fuss about the advent calendar? They were offering it at the till and said it normally costs £200 which sounded ridiculous!
