Foundation and wrinkles!

After a bit of advice. I'm 38 and I've noticed that I have a few more wrinkles around my eyes as of late. I use NYX under eye concealer, Estee Lauder double wear light foundation and a bit of translucent pressed powder on a daily basis, but these days they seem to sink into my wrinkles and make me look ancient! What am I doing wrong?

Probably a bit heavy on the concealer and double wear.
As you get older, more is definitely less. So very light on the foundation and do you really need the powder? I've a!ways found powder to be very aging.
Leave it off!

Honestly, I've ditched the foundation since hitting 40. Even the lightest most glowy ones still seemed to age me!
Upped skin care regime, use a great primer and dab on concealer now and looks fresher and there's nothing to sink in to wrnkles. Some glowy highlighter/blusher helps. Or CC/BB creams are lighter.

Definitely no powder!

I'm 40 and have just stopped using concealer under my eyes due to it sinking into lines. I sleep poorly and am very fair, but I find that just using foundation (I too use Doublewear Light) is sufficient to conceal the very red/purple shadows under my eyes.

I'm 42 and recently ditched foundation (well, BB cream) for this reason. Normally what I do now is just use spf50, blot with a tissue because it's quite shiny, then a very light dusting of powder.
