Bra fitting help

I have just bought a bra and when it was being fitted I said I thought it was too big in the cup. The lady did something with the straps and it fit better.

Tried it on again now I'm home and the top of the cup is gaping again. I can adjust it to get it to fit a bit but it's not great and doesn't feel very supportive. I could cry, it cost a fortune and is non-returnable.

How do I get a bra that fits? I've lost 2 stone and need to lose a bit more and really need a supportive bra.

Where were you measured and what bra/size is it? Have you used your hands to scoop all your breast tissue into the cup?

I was fitted but not with a tape measure. It gapes, when I do the scooping it fits better but I feel like it will go back.

The bra is 36E, it is a Wacoal La Femme moulded cup bra. I tried a 34 first but it was quite tight, I do have a wide back. It may be the wrong shape for me, I don't have a lot of volume in my upper boobs post-pregnancy.

I don't think moulded cups are that great as they don't fit to the body well. Maybe a different style would suit e.g. balconette
