Necklace help..

Hi everyone. I’m looking for some advice on necklaces please....

I’ve bought this dress (dark blue velvet) for a Xmas party and I’m not sure what type of necklace to go for. I’d like something understated but I’m clueless about styles to suit the v neckline. Any ideas??

personally I would go for either a diamante type of choker or a long pendant with a jewel or something glitzy on it, I bought a long silver star pendant recently which would lovely with that dress.
