Can you help me find a silver pendant?

I have always admired a silver pendant that the Channel 4 Business presenter Helia Ebrahimi wears. Its a silver circle pendant which she usually wears with a shirt with 2-3 buttons open so mid length chain. The pendant circle is about the size of an old 10p or slightly bigger. Inside the circle there are lots of other small circle, arranged in an unstructured manner. Anyone spotted this or similar? I have been looking forever. Thanks

Aha, I can see from the picture that it isn't quite right but glad you like it anyway. I agree that contacting her directly might get you info for the real deal!
