Uniqlo heattech velvet leggings

These - I'm pleasantly surprised! I do wish they had a proper zip fly but they look like real trousers once on and they're lovely and warm too. They didn't sag or slip down after being worn for a full day either.

They're lovely aren't they? I've got the black ones, they're comfy, smart and warm - love them!

I bought three pairs and I'm not going to wear anything else all winter!

I'm very tempted to get more! What colour are yours, Pistachio? Mine are dark grey and so lovely

Porkless I'm a 14 and the large fitted me with a bit to spare, so for a 10 I guess a small would be ok?

i have some in brown (which is goldy yellow) and dark green. they're really lovely

I'm about the same height as you Porkless and they were too long! Tbh I'm so used to trousers being too long I didn't even think to mention that, sorry. I just turned them up underneath which is what I do with pretty much all my trousers and they looked fine.

Are those pockets fake?

The posters who find these a good fit how tall are you? I'm 5'10 and aware It is a Japanese company so expect them to be too short.

All uniqlo trousers are very long at 33 inches (for jeans) the leggings are very long on me and i'm 5.6

Front and back pockets are real! I'm 5ft4 and they're a little too long. I can just about fit into a small and I'm a size 12, but hoping to lose weight. My legs aren't very chunky though, it's my waist that's the main problem

I'm the only one who doesn't like them! The fabric looks nice and I love the colour (grey) but I find them quite stiff . I wore them the other day but changed after half an hour as just didn't feel comfortable. Mind you I am quite weird about fabrics and comfort so it's probably just me! I have velvet leggings (actual leggings) from Johnnie B and much prefer them.

Are the black ones passable for work? Wondering if they look more like black leggings?

I have got the black ones, and I wear mine for work - I think they are fine but I guess it depends how smart your office is!

I got the black but they are strangely described as 'natural' or 'neutral' or something like that. I'm waiting the arrival of the dark green.

Datapoint: I'm a 12/14 and got Large and they're too big, going back.

I got some, the large fit me better than the medium.

They do feel like they are "proper trousers" even though they are pull-up. I think it's the thicker velvet material that makes them feel that way.

I saw the others in store and they were a thinner material - still not as thin as leggings but thinner than most "real trousers" IYSWIM.

Thanks for the recommendation - I probably wouldn't have noticed them if it wasn't for this thread. :)
