How does Liz Earle hot cloth cleanser compare to Eve Lom?

Is it as good? I've been using Superdrug which is good / cheap but I'm getting a few spots and dry patches. Switched as was expensive and I wasn't sure if it was the cloths or the product that was doing the jOn. Wondering if Liz Earle might be the middle ground.

I love the Eve Lom but the smell is off-putting. Liz Earle's texture isn't quite as fabulous but in terms of what it does it's not far off. My skin always feels more hydrated with the Eve Lom, though, so if dryness is an issue that's worth thinking about.

Boots does one in a new range called Your Good Skin (I think) and it is thicker than Liz Earle. Not keen on the fragrance myself but it seems ok.

Have you tried Neal’s Yard rose balm? It’s cheaper than Eve Lom and for me was as good.

Hydration important so think I'll avoid Liz Earle.
