Short inverted bob

Growing hair, looking on pinterest but can't find that elusive perfect pic for hairdresser!

I'm wanting a bob,graduated, bit messy not perfect smooth, layers but longer layers towards front that get shorter to back,and bob to be no more than jaw length and cut short/ shaped into nape of neck / back of head...

Anyone think they can find a super fab pic for me?

If you Google, as I'm assuming you have done, you get some real shockers don't you? Some of the first ones that came up looked like they had been cut in the dark with a blindfold on.
